Can you believe it? How has the final day of the 2025-2026 school year come and gone?🤯🥺 We at the Hanover Street Elementary PTO want to wish all of our 4th graders best of luck next year as 5th graders at Hanover Middle School.👏🏼 And we also want to wish the best of luck to ALL of our Hanover Street Elementary Alumni who are graduating this evening in the Hanover Senior High School's Class of 2026!🎉 You will be missed and we wish you all the best of luck in all that you do in your lives ahead!!😌 We'll see the rest of you in the Fall!🍂🍁 We hope to see MANY MORE new faces next school year so that we may continue all the fun activities that our children love to participate in..🤞🏼Your Hanover Street Elementary PTO officers will be working hard this summer preparing for the 2026-2027 school year.

Last evening President Topper had the honor of attending Campus Night at the High Senior High School to present our yearly Coins for College Scholarship. Hanover Street Elementary PTO awards a $500 scholarship annually to a student who previously attended Hanover Street Elementary School. The process in selecting our recipient is always such a challenge! And this year was no different. However, after careful debate and consultation with Hanover Street Teaching Staff our winner of the 2026 Coins for College Scholarship was Elienai Camillo!!!👏🏼🎉 We wish you well next year as you start your College career! We wish you and all of our Hanover Street Elementary Alumni who graduated this evening in Hanover Senior High School's Class of 2026 the absolute best!!! Nighthawks for life!!🧡🖤

Yesterday our kiddos should have brought home Discount Coupons to DelGrosso's Amusement & Water Park. They are the ones who provide us those amazing subs and pizza under the Marianna's label throughout the school year. This is a Summer fundraiser that they offer to their schools without cost. For every discount ticket used this summer the Hanover Street Elementary PTO will receive $3.00 back. This park is equivalent to Dutch Wonderland, but with only 1/2 the cost for an additional roughly 1 hour drive time. If you would want additional than the 4 sent home we do have extras available in the school office while supplies last!

Enjoy this somber day as we remember those who gave everything, so that we may have our freedoms. And we'll see you tomorrow.. Can you believe we only have 3 days left of this school year?!🤯

Just a friendly reminder that today is the Hanover Street Elementary Spring Concert.. Hope to see those Pirate 🦜 Smiles at one of our 2 shows!! Ahoy!!!

This certainly puts the cherry 🍒 on top of the sundae!🍨 A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Bolden's 4th grade class for all of the heartfelt thank you cards! It truly means a lot to your Hanover Street Elementary PTO parents involved in the organization. They wanted to share how much they loved all of the snacks during PSSA testing and how much they loved the End of the Year Bash! Apparently Doritos and Hershey Chocolate bars🍫 are a MUST again next year during testing per our kiddos!😆

We nearly forgot to finish off our teacher appreciation week menu photos! Last Friday we completed the week off right with a good old fashioned BBQ lunch!🍔🌭 PTO President Topper took the day off to cook up an amazing menu and to help put on our amazing End of the Year Bash..👏🏼 We cooked up 1/4 cheeseburgers, hotdogs, sweet Italian sausages, crock pot mac n cheese 🧀 and so much more. We all know you can't eat a hotdog 🌭 without chili and onions from the Famous Hot Weiner on the square!!🤤 So we got that too!! Thank you to all of our teachers and staff at Hanover Street Elementary School..🏫 You guys are amazing and we look forward to what we whip up next year during Teacher Appreciation Week..🤗

We have calculated all of the sales from April's Sub, Pizza 🍕 and Salsa sale!! We certainly had a small handful of excellent student sellers during our FINAL fundraiser of the school year.. So a VERY BIG THANK YOU to those students who went above and beyond!👏🏼 Your commitment does not go unnoticed.. But the winner 🏆 of the 3rd and Final pizza party is Mrs. Bolden's 4th grade class! One student in her class sold 120 items alone. Great job and congratulations!!🎉 We'll be in touch to schedule your Party before the end of the school year..

We hope everyone had a very enjoyable time at our End of the Year Bash?!?🥳 The free cotton candy this year appeared to be a huge hit! And so did the dunk tank!💦 A VERY BIG THANK YOU to our teachers and PTO staff who volunteered time in the tank this evening! These are the moments our students will remember far into the future when they look back on their time at Hanover Street Elementary..🏫 We hope to add even more next year to this event...🤞🏼Events like this evening are why we fundraise throughout the school year.. When you sell those subs, pizza🍕 and salsa the proceeds go towards great events like tonight!!!
