Here are some recent changes in the produce market:
Lemons- tight supply as demand and prices increase.
Avocado- market is settling after a recent spike.
Lettuce- supplies remain tight as disease and weather impacted the crop.
Onion- supply shifting to Central CA and New Mexico.
Berries- blueberries are stable as strawberries remain limited due to rain and cold temps.
