The Science Club participated in The Campus Takeover for National Voter Registration Day on Sept 17. Our club president, Caroline Morris, used the opportunity to recruit a few new members for the club. Welcome to the team!

Today, former VPCC Science Program student Ethan Wunibald returned to campus to share his journey on the pre-med track at the College of William & Mary. The event drew many students from the science and health sciences programs, sparking insightful questions and a lively exchange of ideas.

The Julie Heldreth Memorial Scholarship is a $2,000 one-time scholarship awarded to 2️⃣ students annually studying science 🧪, technology 👩‍💻, engineering 🏗️, or mathematics ➕ at Virginia Peninsula Community College.

The Wright Family Scholarship is a $2,000 one-time scholarship awarded annually to 2️⃣ graduates from the Newport News Shipbuilding Apprentice School ⚓ pursuing full or part-time higher education. ✏️
