Pink Perseverance

About this past Saturday at our Pink Perseverance Painting with a Twist event! What an awesome time we had with all of our guests and supporters to make this event a huge success. There was fellowship, lots of laughter, positive vibes flowing throughout, food, and just a good ‘ole time….this is how we do it at Pink Perseverance! 🎀🌷. There was also the educational piece with trivia games about breast cancer awareness and just informing our guests about how Pink Perseverance serves the community and supports our brave breast cancer warriors! Special thank yous go out to all our wonderful guests who came out to support the event and the cause, to those who graciously donated, and to Painting with a Twist for having us! All of you made this event extra special and we are truly grateful! 🌸😉🙏🏽♥️🎀

We had had an awesome time at our Pink Perseverance Painting with a Twist event today! Thank you, thank you to everyone who attended and/or donated to this event to make it successful. We were blessed with a beautiful day as well. A wonderful time was had by all! 🌸

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is choose a better feeling place and keep going. You can’t control everything that happens to you; you can only control the way you respond to what happens. Your response to, and interpretation of, the situation is your power over whatever challenge you may face. So don’t suppress what you feel, but always come back to “Keep Calm and Carry On”. In your actions, you will discover that you’re strong enough to not only deal with what is happening but to make the best of it.

If you can breathe, you can make it through anything. When fear, anxiety, worry, or stress sets in, stop yourself and take a minute to regroup. Don’t get too far ahead of yourself worrying about what might happen next. That is unknown. But you DO have the present moment. Take a DEEP breath and stay committed to being right here, right now. Just take it one day at a time and keep breathing. You’ll make it. Sit in quiet every day for a few minutes and connect to your strength, resilience, and abiding faith within.

At the end of the day, I hope that whatever you might be going through you know that you will get through it. You will be stronger for it. You will find more meaning and joy out of life because of it.
