With 7 years of experience and a true passion for helping others here at Marcella, Stephen brings our core values to life each day through his leadership, dedication, and commitment to our residents and staff.

Stephen’s why is deeply personal. One of the moments that most affirmed his path in long-term care was being recognized in a resident’s obituary for the difference he made in the final years of her life. Being compared to one of their family members was an unforgettable reminder of the lasting impact compassionate care can have.

He is also passionate about changing the way people view skilled nursing care. Stephen knows that not all facilities are the same, and at Marcella Post Acute, he is proud to be part of a team that offers specialized programs along with the quality, compassion, and respect our residents deserve.
