One of the few things we did on this job was repair all and replace some of the stairs before paint and carpet went in. Not a squeak in them now. And the new metal fabricated handrail just sets it off! Gorgeous!!

Some after and before pics of a new Kentucky rail fence we installed. We usually don’t do fences, but this was for someone special and it was lots of fun!

Some before and after pics from this kitchen backsplash done in a 3x6 ceramic white tile with white grout. Classic clean look that makes a kitchen look brighter and clean. We also installed the new stainless steel sink, new faucet and disposal. Great looking “face lift” for this kitchen!

Some before and after pics from our latest bathroom remodel. Everything turned out awesome! Demo day was fun and we were able to donate/recycle materials to habitat for humanity. And the existing skylight made the new shower area welcoming and cool looking. On to the next!

Spending the day with some ceiling patch and repair! What are you doing on this 60 degree day in January?

Here are before and after pics from our latest bathroom remodel. New lights and electric, new plumbing throughout, custom shelving on both sides of the new vanity as well as a sunken shelf/ledge that is the length of the tub. Everything turned out perfect!

We haven’t posted anything in a while as we have been really busy through the summer. Here is a deck we built in 2002 and this year we gave it a face lift. Still structurally sound but needed new floor boards and new handrail along with to new sets of stairs. We eventually came back and stained it. Turned out great and had lots of fun in the process.

Built this deck in 2003 for my parents and with pool water and the chemicals that go with it, it was just rotting away, especially right around the edge of the pool. Denied the deck down to the beams, added new treated lumber (which is now better than it was 15 years ago) and added a new product of deck flashing on all the post/beams and all the joists. This one will last a lot longer than 15 years. Happy I could do it for them, it turned out awesome!
