I always love a good letterpress look- so, at the suggestion of Jim Burns, this poster was created to mimic the Hatch Show Print look. The image of Jim also appears on his new tee shirts to promote the popular Jim Burns Band.

Today, on what would have been her 86th birthday, I was reminded of this piece, meticulously created by my Mom, Margaret (Peggy) Jacobs. It hung in our house for years in a frame that my Uncle (or Grandpa?) custom made just for her. A graduate of Miami University, she was gifted in all kinds of art, but she really loved fiber arts best. A lovely woman who noticed her obituary told me that she was the proud owner of this piece. I'm so glad it has a home.
