An excerpt from a song I’m writing. No it’s not saying the bread and w**e are literally Christ’s body and blood. It’s emphasizing the fact that we partake in his death, owning Him as our savior, because it’s our sins that put Him there!
“While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” - Romans 5:8

Had tons of fun making a verse for the demons by Josiah Queen open verse challenge! It technically already closed, but it was still fun! 😁

Christmas can be a sad time for many, and I find it helpful to know that Christ came to help, to heal, and also carry our burdens. He came humbly, choosing to bear our pain and shame, which is something that honestly helps to refocus during this season. This Baby, had more power than any king, and yet he chose to give up his splendor for a manger. That’s what this song is about, and I hope it helps you this Christmas.
