Elementree Livity Project: Positive vibes reggae rock. A message of peace, love, & unity #ELP513 http://www.elementreemusic.com
Can you imagine if Bruno Mars and Jason Mraz met up with Collie Buddz, Chronixx and Protoje and started a project? That might be very close to what you would experience listening to Elementree. Hailing from Cincinnati OH, Elementree’s sounds can only be described as a mixture of feel good Pop as well as authentic Jamaican and US Reggae. As a songwriter, vocalist, guitar player and front man he writes and sings all original music for his new solo project as well as Cincinnati Entertainment Award winning Rock/Reggae band Elementree Livity Project. The project has seen success here in Cincinnati and abroad, recording with the grammy nominated producer Michael Goldwasser from Easy Star All-Stars. Elementree has shared the stage with many national acts of many genres like The Wailers, Shaggy, MAGIC!, Barrington Levy, SOJA and more...
Looking to branch out with his music, Elementree has decided to pursue his solo project currently with his first release dropping this fall “Solutions”. Not limiting himself to a band or any restrictions, Elementree produces all of his own music on his solo project, writing all his music and playing all instruments.
“My music is universal music. Yes, its reggae and yes sometimes it doesn’t fit in the mold of the U.S. reggae scene, but its genuine no matter what. Since I began writing music, I always do my part to pay homage to authentic Jamaican reggae music. Jamaica is where reggae came from including Ska, Dancehall and Rocksteady.
Ever wonder how I build a full-band sound as a solo artist? Well, I’m starting a 4-part “Behind the Loops” series where I break down exactly how I take one of my original Elementree songs and build it from the ground up in my live looping setup for live performance.
In Part 4, I’m laying down the guitar sk**ks on Track 3 over the drums on Track 1, bass on Track 2, and the melody that I’ve already recorded on Track 3.
Then I get into one of the trickier parts of live looping which is actually navigating everything once the song is built. I show how I move through the verses, switch into the bridge, bring everything back for the chorus, and work in a guitar solo while controlling the loops in real time.
There’s a lot happening behind the scenes when I’m performing these songs live, so I thought it would be cool to start pulling back the curtain and showing how it all comes together.
More Behind the Loops videos are on the way as I continue breaking down how I create and perform my original Elementree songs live. 🌴🎶

This Saturday 9-5-26 from 1PM to 4PM I’m super excited to be returning to The Monkey Bar in Maineville again! 🌴🎶
Monkey Bar has one of the coolest outdoor patios around Cincinnati, sitting right along the river. It’s also a perfect stop off the Loveland Bike Trail—grab some food, a cold drink, hang by the water, and catch some live music. 🚲☀️
Come spend your Saturday afternoon by the river with me! 🤙🌴
