Spent most of the winter working on this old farm house in colerain.

Tore down the old masonry chimney and demo’d some old porch, put in a new chimney, new siding, new porch slab/step/wall cap, porch framing, metal porch roof, porch railing, rework the rain collection for the cistern, installed a new hand pump, and a new entry door with transom window.

Working on doing repairs to this home piece by piece that can continue to work toward the owners long term plans.

Had the opportunity to help replace the porch floor on this home in Oakley! Got to work my my brother and father since it was a job for family!

Temp supported the roof, removed old deck and most of the framing, installed new framing, capped framing with flashing tape to prolong life, primed t&g porch boards on all sides, installed porch boards, primed again and painted!

Finished up this Springdale, OH master bathroom remodel in August. This was a full gut, removed a wall and explanded the bathroom with a custom marble tile shower, plank vinyl floor, double vanity, makeup counter, and updated electrical, plumbing, lighting and ventilation.

Got to do this bathroom in Northside for a repeat client. Leveled badly sloped floor, installed new tile floor, tub, tiled tub walls, vanity, mirror, lights, exhaust fan, and commode (pics were taken before commode was installed). Already booking for 2023! Had the opportunity to remodel this bathroom for a repeat client in finneytown! I love how this basic, small but functional master bath turned out.

Finished this kitchen for some awesome clients right before thanksgiving! Full gut to the studs, major plumbing repairs from bathroom upstairs, then put it back together with click lock vinyl floors, Rta cabinets, quartz counters, and LED lighting.

Was blessed to be asked to remodel this "TIGHT" bathroom for some friends of mine. it is only 48" wide and that presented some challenges such as vanity depth and commode size. But a little bit of creative thinking and working through the challenges I think we got a pretty nice looking master bathroom remodel done for them.

Was honored to install click-lock flooring on almost the entire first floor of this home in Liberty Township along with getting to install matching tread and risers on the stairs! The client also had me remove the wall between the kitchen and living room and relocate the fan for better centering on the new table. the ceiling was patched where the wall was and textured to blend in as much as possible.
