It’s Heat Safety Week! As temperatures rise, so do the risks.
Knowing the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke can save lives:

Heat exhaustion: heavy sweating, weakness, nausea. This means move to shade, hydrate, cool down.
Heat stroke: confusion, seizure, very hot skin. This is a medical emergency. Call 911 and cool the person while help is on the way.
✅ Learn how to help, keep workplaces and communities safe, and never leave children or pets in vehicles.
💧 Stay cool. Stay hydrated. Watch out for each other.
