We have been in a roll with cats lately. In the last 6 days we have found 5 missing indoor cats! Cats are very hard to find so we will ride this momentum as long as we can. Bash a giant Maine C**n got out over 30 hours ago when we showed up. With the conditions today being so sunny i would never recommend doing a day search so we waited until dusk to get started. When we got there we got the info we needed and put the drone in the air. Bash was last seen in the woods so we had to be very thorough. We werent seeing much on the first battery just a couple rabbits when right at the end of the first battery we found that heat signale we were looking for and it was Bash. It never fails we always seem to find the pet when the battery is about to die. So we had to bring the drone back for a quick swap then get back over there. We got eyes on him again and sent the owners in. Bash was a little nervous but let Chloe get all the way to him but right at the last second he bounced off and disappeared. Knowing he was just right there we had the owners start looking under every log possible and they found him tucked way back in one. Owner had to actually crawl in the same hole with Bash but was able to get him out and now he's home where he belongs.

Vacation is saved thanks to the thermal drone! Friday night we got a call about a missing cat named Chloe who has been missing a few days. We had pressure on us for this one as the family was going to cancel their trip to Florida if we didn't find and get her home. The thermals were prefect as there was heavy cloud cover for us. After a couple minutes we found Chloe moving between houses. Owners ran down to the house and after a couple minutes of coaxing Chloe finally came to them and the day was saved! It was such a since of relief for the family as they had 5 hours to decide to stay or leave! Talk about crunch time! We been on a great cat finding run as the last 3 nights we have found a missing cat each night! We will share them stories soon

Had a awesome search and recovery last night out in Amelia. Chase a missing pup got out of the fence when the gate was left open by mistake. Brother was picked up pretty quick but chase being skittish kept running. Due to the warm temps we waited until dark to set in to start our search. Ended up being a great night for thermals as they were much better then I was thinking they would be. After about 15 minutes into the search we found that heat signature we were looking for abs you could no doubt tell it was a dog laying in the woods and to our excitement it was chase. As usual he was in a tough spot to get to but Jessica did a fantastic job getting to chase. After the excitement of getting him back home we got to realizing chase had him a rough night as he was bitten several times by Coyotes! He is doing fine but has several bites on his legs and butt. He's at the vet getting all taken care of. I'm sure glad we found him as it's hard telling of they would of came back for round 2.

Last night we were fortunate enough to find Remy a missing tabby cat of 2 days. Remy seen his opportunity to slip outside when the owners were busy and he went for it. Owners searched and searched but indoor cats are so good at hiding and decided to bring us in for help. When we showed up we got the drone in the air and went to work. We weren't seeing much as we only seen a cat and a opossum until we finally found the heat signal we were looking for and true indoor cat fashion not far from home. Remy made it easy for us as he ran right to mom and now he's back inside where he belongs.

Last night we were fortunate enough to find Ruby a missing shepherd pup who slipped her harness on Sunday. Ruby was going for a walk in the park when she freaked out and pulled through her harness. Owners tried hard for days to get her back but kept having no luck. Thanks to a hunch of our followers tagging us on their missing dog post they gave us a call for help. After speaking with the owners we figured out we had a recent sighting over 24 hours prior in a area still not far from where she got away from. We meet up at 8pm once the sun started to set and put the drone to work. Battling this brutal heat thermals weren't good so I had to be on total point to find Ruby. First battery no luck just your normal suspects of deer, rabbits and a couple Coyotes but no Ruby. On the 2nd battery expanded a little further and found a heat signal against a pile of stacked fire wood.(if you zoom in on the thermal view you can see the little bit of separation from the logs I seen) It was tough to see but I had Craig come over and we finally got a good look at it was Ruby!!! Owners made a short drive over but being a few days Ruby was very nervous and wouldn't come to Craig. I had him slowly get closer and Ruby retreated and laid back down. Craig did great as i had him crawl in slowly and keep talking to Ruby. Once Craig got close enough he stuck his hand out so Ruby could sniff. She stood up and stretched her neck as far as she could to get a sniff and when she did it was all over. Her tail went nuts and started jumping all over her dad knowing she had been found. We just love these moments it makes it so worth it.

Maggie is home safe after a 20 hour adventure. Last night Maggie got out around midnight and after the owners spent all night searching for her they knew they needed some help so they gave us a call. Due to the high heat and conditions we had to wait until sunset to get started. Maggie is a very old pup so nobody was sure what we were going to find but we had to try. At 8pm I got the drone up and went to work. After a couple minutes of searching a found a very faint heart signal in the woods and to my excitement it was Maggie! Just 4 minutes after getting the drone in the air. I guide Bill into the woods to Maggie and it was such a relief when I could see her head moving around. Maggie is a tough gal as her face was covered in dirt and smelled like gas but she is back home where she belongs doing fine.
