Monthly Service Rate: $350.00

Services Included:

• Weekly lawn mowing
• String trimming around obstacles and landscape areas
• Edging of sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds
• Blowing of grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces
• Routine bed maintenance and w**d removal
• Landscape bed monitoring and upkeep
• W**d and feed applications as needed throughout the growing season
• Mulch bed maintenance and touch-up care

Additional Services:

• Mulch installation and replenishment available as needed and billed separately.
• Landscape enhancements, shrub trimming, planting, and seasonal cleanups avaie upon request.

This program is designed to keep the lawn and landscape beds maintained throughout the growing season while providing a clean, professional appearance year-round.

⚠️ CUSTOMER WARNING ⚠️
After visiting Mike's Carwash, my vehicle allegedly suffered damage to the taillight wiring during the wash, leaving my rear lights inoperable while driving home after dark with my newborn and 2-year-old in the car.

During the claims process, I was informed that because my vehicle was more than 10 years old, the company would not cover the damage claim. I am currently disputing the matter formally.

I recommend customers inspect their vehicles carefully before leaving and ask questions about damage claim policies in advance.
