The Moon Rocks Story - Over 40 years ago my mom (Cynthia Rae - the culinary master) was a single mother who worked 3 jobs and put herself through culinary school. While in school she created the "secret recipe" for Moon Rocks - the unique flavors and texture truly makes them "out of this world". Back in the day she found it impossible to find a job as a baker.
