The ice roads from Horseshoe Bay Lodge are solid 💪 and the foreseeable forcast looks favorable.

Our Ice Castles will be highly discounted for the remainder of the ice fishing season.

***Immediate Opening***
Due to a recent cancelation we have 1 house open this weekend February 19th - 22nd. This house was brand new last year and is is a great house to fish out of. It sleeps four and comes with everything you need from pots and pans to paper towels. Just bring your own fishing gear, bedding, bait, and food.

This is the last weekend of walleye season and the bite seems to be picking up.
We are out of Horseshoe Bay Lodge on beautiful Leech Lake. Come enjoy fishing and also the bar and restaurant at the lodge.

Good morning everyone!

Here is our updated road system. We extended the two end fingers off road 1 to reach some extra structure. This will be the finished product of a map for the remainder of the season. When traveling near our border line, please be careful and attentive. The heave that is marked (black line) has been active in a few areas. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS IT.

📍A few reminders going into this weekend:

Showers will be available for Ice Road guests, please inquire at the front office.

Auger extensions are highly encouraged at this point.

❗️Due to a large private hotel booking, the pool/hot tub area will only be available for hotel guests use this weekend. We appreciate your understanding.

I got out today to do some fishing with Tanner and Matt and we had a blast! Some nice tullibee were iced. What a great day to be outside enjoying the weather on beautiful Leech Lake out of Horseshoe Bay Lodge.

We had an excellent weekend!!! I would like to thank the groups that have fished with us over multiple seasons. Jason and Dylan's group, with a couple of new additions this year, and Leland's group, who had better ice conditions this time. You guys are always a pleasure. And Ben, I hope to see you guys back again too!

Sunday morning proved fruitful for Christian and Gavin as they landed this magnificent walleye. Excellent work! I'm looking forward to seeing you both again next season!
