It has begun! Seed starting stuff is sanitized and the first seeds are on the mats and heating up. Oh I can't wait for the first ones to pop. Today was pansies, Johnny jump-ups, celosia, and peppers.

Garden season is here! Last weekend, I got my winter sowing done, and this weekend, the greenhouse is cleaned out, has a new floor and I'm ready to start seeds. Ahhhh so excited.

Greenhouse is coming together! Shelves are in and soon the panels.

Excited is an understatement! I planted this trillium last year and she's back!!!! Oh my goodness.

When Winter comes back so do the cold frame plants. Thank goodness for guest rooms.

And so it begins!

Decided to do a little foraging for Sunday flowers. Lilacs are from volunteers from my neighbors bushes, mustard that I'm pretty sure is an invasive and some wall flower from my garden. I'm pretty pleased with these beauts.

Susan made this bunk bed for her sisters cat, which never used it. So now its come back to us and the boys approve.

Its official we have a girl duck. We suspected one of our rescue ducks was a girl and here's the final proof. Now to try duck eggs.

The black eyed Susan's are on the way out and the Zinnias are hitting their peak. Thanks to my Mom for the Zinnia seeds.

We finally got back into show mode after a very busy summer with day jobs and gardening. We had a great peach festival this weekend and are inspired to get back in the studio. If you came to see us thanks so much for stopping by! .
