Our Meritus family came together for a Hero Walk celebrating the release of our hero, Yolanda Perez. 💙

The Hero Walk honored her extraordinary courage and selflessness following the May 14 incident, when she responded to a call to protect others on campus.

During a June 17 ceremony, Meritus senior leaders also recognized several other team members with the Courage in Crisis Award for their calm, decisive actions that helped keep patients, visitors, and fellow team members safe.

We’re grateful to Sheehy Subaru Hagerstown for stopping by yesterday and showing incredible support for our patients and team at the John R. Marsh Cancer Center.

Their generous donation included cozy blankets, patient care kits, heartfelt supportive notes, and snacks for our hardworking employees—small gestures that make a big difference during treatment days.

Thank you for helping us wrap our patients and staff in comfort, kindness, and care. 💙
