Here is some geek information for you:

A 5,400 RPM Hard Drive has an access speed of around 100 Mbps. This equates to roughly a 45 second boot time.

A 7,200 RPM Hard Drive has an access speed of around 150 Mbps. This equates to roughly a 30 second boot time.

A SSD has an access speed of around 550 Mbps. This equates to roughly a 5 second boot time.
A basic SSD drive is 5 times faster than a conventional hard drive and a higher end M.2 NVMe SSD can be as high as 20 times faster.
