We had a blast exploring the fairgrounds!
During DSP Recognition Week, we want to personally thank each of you for the dedication, compassion, and professionalism you bring to your work every day. Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve and helps each person pursue greater independence, choice, dignity, and connection in the community.
Your work is not always easy, and many of the most important things you do happen quietly—in a reassuring conversation, a safely completed routine, encouragement through a difficult moment, or celebrating a personal achievement. These everyday actions build trust, create opportunities, and help people live lives that are truly their own.
Thank you for all that you do, for the difference you make, and for being the heart of HDC!
