Replaced the legs and neck stem on this springer. The legs had been previously replaced with silicon bronze on the bottom of the springer tree and easily came off. I like to tig weld them together above the tree with a plug welded internal sleeve, then slide full length chevrons in and braze everything together like factory. I think it’s a much stronger way.

Needed wishbones for this Panhead frame repair, made up the dies to make them, the wishbones are made from .120” wall dom steel tubing. I have the 48-49 tubes for $250 a pair and the 50 and up tubes with the horn mount flats for $300
