Mother and daughter were attacked in Philadelphia, by one dog at least. As police responded to the scene, they were alarmed by gun shots heard near by and called for back up. A male neighbor had claimed to be attacked by these dogs before, and shot at them. He was unable to hit any of the dogs. Police brought him in for questioning to determine if he had a gun license.
