With the occasional opportunity to design a detached single family home, we love to push the boundaries of the typical NJ suburban home. Here we created a complex composition in the facade by playing around with form and material.

Kingsway Estates in Woolwich Township, NJ is underway! The proposed development will consist of the construction of 132 affordable family apartments in 6 buildings and a separate Community Building which will include amenities like a fitness center and computer lab. We are very excited to see this project come to life.

Nyckel Apartments is one of our new mixed-use, multi-family developments located in the heart of historic Swedesboro, New Jersey. The project includes 73 residential units and six commercial spaces distributed across two buildings in the center of downtown.

Named after one of the first ships that brought Swedish settlers to the region, the Nyckel draws inspiration from Swedesboro’s deep historical roots. Surrounded by a rich and varied historic building stock along Kings Highway, the design carefully responds to its context. The goal was to blend seamlessly with the existing streetscape while introducing a clean, modern architectural expression.

The result is a development that respects the scale, rhythm, and character of the historic facades while offering contemporary living and commercial spaces that support the vitality of downtown.

Construction has started on our Pecks Beach project—Ocean City’s largest affordable housing development. The $23 million, 60-unit Pecks Beach Village includes 15 duplex-style buildings on Fourth Street. thoughtfully designed to integrate with the existing neighborhood and is slated for completion in 2027–28.

Brian’s Place is a 5 unit affordable housing complex in Wilkes-Barre, PA owned and operated by Volunteers of America. Named for the late Brian Johns, a VOA outreach worker, this facility caters specifically to those in the area experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The programming also includes a daytime respite center for persons experiencing homelessness that are medically fragile. All of the residences are either ADA accessible or adaptable and the project is Energy Star certified. The project is a mix of historic restoration and new construction, with the respite center being housed in a 100+ year old structure once known as the Wilkes-Barre Hospital for Communicable Diseases.

It’s almost punchlisting time at Five 85 West in Perth Amboy!

This residential community brings a mix of modern apartments and townhomes to Sayre Avenue, thoughtfully arranged around a double-loaded corridor, courtyard-style building with structured parking behind.

As part of the Gateway Redevelopment Zone, the project reflects our commitment to creating vibrant, livable spaces that respond to the city’s revitalization efforts. With 117 residences—including one- and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom townhomes, and lofts—Five 85 West balances urban convenience with thoughtful, human-centered design.

It’s inspiring to see the design take shape on site, contributing to Perth Amboy’s growing momentum as a connected, thriving community.

Our Hainesport project is taking shape!

The development features six buildings designed for multi-family living, with amenities including a community room and fitness space. The facades are taking shape, highlighting depth, variation in materiality, and the use of beautiful stone, while the fitness room continues to showcase excellent natural light.

Great Progress at Birchwood at Washington Township!! This new 55+ community is made up 64 units right off Black Horse Pike.
