Feeling a bit like a solar panel this morning….while drinking my coffee I kept getting blasted with this ray of sunshine coming through the window. At first I kept trying to adjust my seat and then finally put my book @ coffee down and just soaked up the rays.
I’m always a huge advocate for SPF, even if your indoors sometimes, but this morning I needed that minute to recharge- been feeling all over the place emotional lately so recharge it is. 😊

What causes wrinkles around the eye?
Any movement- smiling, squinting, laughing, frowning works the muscles under the skin (orbicularis oculi.) Repeating this action will cause grooves or lines. But UV light exposure affects this area, which can break down .
Here are a few tips to help prevent:
1. Protect against sun damage. Yup another reminder to wear your daily!!
2. Use products to fortify the delicate eye area. Looks for hydrating ingredients like and .
3. Consider red light therapy like LED - these do require consistency for improvement.
4. Practice healthy habits. Wearing your SPF, avoid smoking, plenty of sleep, and a healthy diet!
