GOIDBYE WINTER HEAVYNESS
To the woman who has been having a hard month…
this is for you.
Father God, in the name of Jesus,
We come to You tired, but still trusting.
Carrying things in our bodies, our minds, and our hearts that others may not fully see.
Lord, You know every detail—
the quiet battles, the emotional weight, the physical exhaustion,
and even the moments where we have felt misunderstood.
Father, we lift up every woman who has ever been labeled, judged, or treated differently because of her mental health.
Break the stigma, Lord.
Remove every false assumption, every unfair label, and every mindset that causes people to be misunderstood instead of supported.
Remind us that we are not what people assume.
We are who You say we are.
Help us to walk in truth, not in labels.
Help us to stand in confidence, even when others don’t fully understand us.
Lord, give us grace in this season.
Grace for our healing.
Grace for our emotions.
Grace for our process.
When our minds feel overwhelmed, bring peace.
When our bodies feel tired, restore us.
When our hearts feel hurt, comfort us.
And even in moments of rejection or misunderstanding…
remind us that we are still chosen, still loved, and still called.
We declare that this hard season will not break us
it will grow us.
We are still standing.
We are still moving forward.
And we are still covered by You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 💜

This morning’s Still Loved motivational word was personal.
Lving with Thalassemia Beta Minor and how some days require extra intention—listening to my body, keeping my appointments, staying on schedule, drinking my water, and making sure I’m moving and not ignoring my health.
Loving yourself isn’t always candles and quiet moments.
Sometimes it’s responsibility.
Sometimes it’s discipline.
Sometimes it’s saying, “My body matters. My health matters. I matter.”
I’m still loved by God.
I’m still loved by me.
And I’m learning to care for myself the way I encourage others to do the same.
If today looks like rest, hydration, movement, or simply keeping your appointment—that counts.
Keep going. You’re worth the care. 💜

When was the last time someone really listened to what you had to say?
Meet Paul Jenkinson, a 71-year-old retired social worker who is spending a year travelling across the country with two foldable chairs and a sign that’s says, “You are not alone! I will listen”.
He sets up in parks or public spaces and just waits for anyone who may feel the need to just talk. He wants people to know that they are seen and that no matter what they are going through, good or bad, there’s always someone to listen.
After spending a few hours with him I was amazed at how many strangers would see the sign and stop to chat.
He opened up that when he lost his daughter, he struggled a bit to feel comfortable sharing with people what he was going through because he worried that he wouldn’t be heard or that people would try to find words when no words would be enough.
If you see Paul in your town or city, pull up a chair and say hi.
And remember, you are not alone.
