starch: plain and simple Parmesan risotto, pineapple fried rice
Vegetable: green beans, roasted broccoli
Vegan options: general tso’s cauliflower, sweet and spicy Brussel sprouts

Everything was and always is prepared solely by me in my home, which ensures no cross contamination and also no restrictions on how adventurous the menu and options can get.
Sit down style/buffet. Individual meals or family style meals. Baby sprinkles of 10, or graduation parties of 100, you name it I got you covered.
