However, inclusion will always be our goal!

When Jay said he walks into every room as himself….
I felt that 🙌🏾
Thank you to the creators of this art, and this quote. I simply brought them together ✨
This is where my begins
It wasn’t about being cute or acting as if I had it all together
I actually didn’t even know how to use any of the equipment 😅
But I had to show up for myself!
Luckily, I also have a personal trainer with my membership to show me what workouts would get me the results I’m aiming for
My main goal is to lose my baby weight
I became a mom in 2019 to a beautiful baby girl and snapped right back!
Then last year in 2021 I had my adorable son, and that weight did not just fall off.
At the height of my pregnancy I was 203lbs….and as you can see I’m still pretty close to that 🤦🏽♀️
I feel beautiful even at this size, there’s parts of my body that I think filled out nicely!
Now I just need to lose this belly, and shape everything thing else to make them rounder and firmer
So this is the plan! Day 1 down…….who knows how many more to come!

That’s Right! I did it! I finally took a leap of faith and got myself in the gym 🤸🏾♀️
Now we will not only be posting content related to waist-beads, but we will be following my personal fitness journey as well!
I’m super excited to embark on this new path…
And I am hoping that by sharing this with all of my ‘s that it will an extra boost of motivation 🙌🏽
