Jay Chai's Cooking Class

This is a hands on cooking class which is held at the Pandan Room Restaurant, Hackettstown. Registr Cooking class is held once every month.

There are two classes that day, usually is on Sunday. The morning class is at 11.30 Am and afternoon class is at 3.00 pm. A class is last almost about 3 hours. You will learn to cook 4 to 5 courses in each class. Some classes has herb farm tour included. You will start to learn how to cut, chop and slices spices and herbs.
