Bike Club 2.0 starts today! š²
Weāre grateful for our longstanding partnership with Palisades Country Day School and for the opportunity to bring unique enrichment experiences like Bike Club to their preschool program. Weāre also grateful for our enthusiastic coaches, you the families and are very happy for our riders! I would feel proud of myself I were them!

99% of our 4-year-old students and 60% of our 3-year-old students earned their pedals and are riding two-wheelers independently.
Our thoughtfully curated curriculum meets children where they are, removes pressure, builds on their strengths, and nurtures progress step by step. And it works.

Now that everyone is settling back into school, we are READY to join you and your teachers with high energy, warm connection, and confidence!
Phase 1: Emotional Connection
Our emotions are the foundation on which a peak performance state is built.
They can control everything ā our mood, decisions, and actions. So, we introduce positive progress steps that focus on three forces that influence your childās emotions ā their physiology, their language, and their focus.

Never underestimate the empowering effect of human connection.
Humans are hard-wired to connect ā and we have the most complex and interesting social behavior out of all animals.
We loved seeing these young athletes gather with each other to bond and discuss their strategies today.
We presented the kids with a challenge, a few obstacles, and a whole other team to navigate around. They listened with curiosity, and just as I saw, I had their attentionā¦ I said ok,
Iām going to explain to the other team now, and Iāll be right back, ok?
I then just curiously watched what they would do next.
Look to me for further clarification?
Turn to each other?
Maybe nothing at all..
What unfolded made me stop and appreciate the power of positive human connection in any form.
They wrapped their arms around each other and got to business. No adult guidanceā¦ just kids working together to reach a flow state to accomplish a goal.
This social behavior is a critical part of our adaptive toolkit. It allows us to come together and do things that we wouldnāt be able to do on our own.

Good beginnings never end and building trusting relationships is paramount when coaching children.
