How Often Should I Visit The Dentist?
If otherwise healthy, visiting for a regular check-up twice a year is recommended to both prevent and check for early signs of oral health problems. However, if you have a condition that needs to be monitored more frequently such as gum disease or orthodontic treatment, your dentist may advise you to see them more than twice a year.

What Is A Dental Check-Up?
In a dental check-up, your dentist or hygienist will ask you about your concerns about your oral health, your medical history, and will decide if you need an x-ray. They may check your gums for gum disease and your mouth for oral cancer, and clean your teeth. They will also propose an efficient treatment plan if needed.
