The benches weren’t benching today but the pulls were definitely pulling. Even thought we couldn’t get a total still a learning experience and a lot of fun with everyone there. At least a 600 pound pull is officially crossed off the list.

You know its a good day when the weights are moving and you get a good fish.
735 vs reverse monsters.
605 ✅ 635 - missed. I will get the lockout next time this is loaded. First time hook gripping in probably 4-5 years and well it finally feels like I’m doing something right on deadlifts so its a win.
