Transition Professionals is hosting a Food Drive on September 18th. We’re collecting food donations to help support individuals and families in our community.

Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize the importance of checking in, showing compassion, and creating spaces where people feel safe asking for support.

Mental health is part of whole-person well-being, and sometimes a simple conversation can be the first step toward connection. Let’s continue to look out for one another and remind the people around us that support is available.

We’re collecting easy-to-prepare meals, individually packaged snacks, shelf-stable foods, and drinks.

On International Overdose Awareness Day, we stand with individuals, families, and communities impacted by overdose and remember the lives we have lost.

Together, we can remember those we’ve lost, support those who are still here, and take action to help prevent future loss. 💜
