What a fantastic day at Foschini Park as we celebrated the close of another incredible Recreation Baseball & Softball season! ⚾️🥎

The grills were firing up burgers and hot dogs, the music kept the energy going, and the kids brought their competitive spirit to the speed pitch challenge. 🍔🌭🎶

A big thank you to Bounce Party Mania and Kona Ice of Paramus for helping make the day even more memorable!

Thanks to all of our players, coaches, families, and volunteers for an amazing season. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🙌

Celebrate 4th of July in Hackensack with a full day of fun at Foschini Park! Kick things off with the Hackensack Police Department and Fire Department Softball Game at 10 AM, then enjoy food trucks and games at 4 PM, live music from Fillet of Soul at 7:30 PM, and a spectacular Fireworks show at 9 PM.

Free event parking will be available at the Ice House.

Join us On the Green every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for the Hackensack Summer Concert Series! Free admission and great music all season long!

Lineup includes Fleetwood Macked, Steppin Out, Luis Motta Y Su Rumba Latina, Last Child (Aerosmith), MJ Glowtown, David Cedeno & His Orchestra, and Stone Flower.

Yesterday’s Annual Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony was a meaningful and beautiful tribute, even with the rain. We’re so grateful to everyone who attended and helped make the day special.

A special thank you to our Police, Fire, DPW, Recreation Department, City Manager, Mayor, City Council, and Veterans Board for working together to put this important event together. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our veterans and all those who joined us in honoring and remembering those who gave so much for our country.
