Medical Device Team located in Wayne, NJ is in search of a summer intern to work in their HR department. $18/hourlyThe position will be responsible for scanning HR files and organizing the contents on online folders while auditing the contents of the files and documents, and creating simple reports to identify missing information. The tasks require using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and HR system. The intern will coordinate work with the HR team and be able to plan work and communicate updates with the team.

Hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm or 9:00am - 4:00pm

Location: Secaucus NJ
Hours: 2nd shift 3:00PM - 12:00AM

Production/Manufacturing environment for a glass company.

• Work with machine operators bringing products to the operators

• Heavy lifting

• Palletizing

• Keeping environment clean

• Working as a team

Responsible for the accurate storing, shipping and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Shift is Tuesday - Friday12PM-10PM and Saturdays 7am to 3:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurate storing, shipping and receiving of products. Wrapping Pallets. Driving a forklift is a plus. Additional job duties as needed!

Required Experience

Previous steady working history in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Required Knowledge

Logistical Supply Chain methods and procedures
Knowledge of inventory control.

Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different counts and layers.

Insert Machine Operator: Sunday-Tuesday 8 pm to 8 am or Wednesday-Friday 8 pm to 8am

- • Loading a printing machine to print out sheets of invoices which inserts the papers into envelopes at a high speed

Receiving paperwork from incoming orders
Able to enter into the computer system

Job Duties:

Answer incoming calls and promptly route to the proper party.
Take messages when necessary.
Handle walk in traffic including drivers giving appropriate directions for loading and unloading.
Complete receivers for warehouse use.

Requirements:

Applicant must be organized
must have experience working with warehouse management system
Must have good working knowledge of Excel and word.
organizational skills is a must

Great company is in immediate need for product assemblers!! Interviews being conducted as soon as tomorrow!!!

The assembly workers oversees and put together wire cables, Training on how to cut or trim cable, as well as to grind to length and to assemble cable components. Counts packages and labels completed cable assemblies.

There are two shifts: first come first serve:

8:00AM to 4:30PM
5:00PM to 1:30AM
