Switched gears today and headed up to New Melones to troll for Kokanee and it did not disappoint limits in a little over 2 hours nearly took longer to drive there one way then it did catch them lol!!!!🎣🎣🎣🎣

Got out and braved the cold for a bit with my good buddy Frank and fished our DM Lures castable umbrella rigs on the DMC and were rewarded 🎣🎣🎣

Finally put a couple on the deck it’s been a tough few weeks locating schools hopefully this is a sign the fishing is starting to get better🎣🎣🎣 Blue white umbrella rig got them!!!

Well today was my turn 🎣🎣🎣 36” big mama caught on a DM Lures flutter spoon!!!! That’s 2 DD stripers on the boat a week apart 🔥🔥🔥

Aldo with his new pb 30” on the DM Lures umbrella rig didn’t get a weight but give how fat it was im guessing around 15 pounds 🎣🎣🎣
