Leslie has been part of one of the legacy organizations that formed Ansera since 2011, bringing 15 years of experience, consistency, and leadership to our teams and clients. Throughout her tenure, she’s played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and building strong, results-driven sales teams, previously serving as National Sales Director before stepping into her current role.

She leads with a “lead from the front” approach and a strong focus on solutions, mentorship, and long‑term value. She’s known for her ability to navigate complex, high‑stakes situations while keeping teams aligned and focused.

Her deep understanding of our business and commitment to doing what’s right continues to make a meaningful impact as Ansera grows. Thank you for the hard work and dedication you bring to Ansera, Leslie!

A record‑breaking event and unforgettable experience for a mission that truly matters.

We’re honored to partner with Cincinnati Children’s on Kaleidoscope – an extraordinary evening that raised more than $2 million, the most in the event’s history, for the health system’s next generation of research discovery.

Our team supported the event end‑to‑end, including registration, VIP reception, event branding, scenic and lighting design, donor recognition with custom animations, and full show logistics and coordination. With so many moving pieces, the goal was simple: create an experience that felt seamless and effortless for guests, while delivering real impact for the cause.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust and partnership we share with the Cincinnati Children’s team and proud to help bring their events to life for 12 years. Thank you for allowing us to play a role in such a meaningful, memorable night.
