Volunteers are welcome to join the archive project, or to help with accessioning, research, housekeeping, light carpentry work, or exhibit design. If you are interested in volunteering, stop by the museum on Tuesday mornings between 10am and 12pm, or email [email protected] for more information. We will also be recruiting for volunteer docents to help with the weekly open houses during the summer which run in conjunction with the Gurnee Farmer's Market. Membership is open to all. Effective 2008, dues are $7 (individual), $12 (family), per year. Members receive our bi-monthly newsletter, and invitations to member only events and meetings.
