Helping patients feel better never gets old. ❤️

Whether it’s supporting a new mom, helping a child thrive, caring for an older adult, or helping an entire family live healthier lives, these moments are why we love what we do.

The Activator Method is a gentle chiropractic technique that allows for precise, targeted adjustments without twisting or popping.

At BIMC, we believe care should be personalized to meet each patient’s unique needs.

☀️ 𝓼𝐔м𝕄ε𝓡 ιŜ н€𝓇𝐞! ☀️

The pool bags are packed, the schedules have loosened up, and somehow the days feel both longer and fuller at the same time. We’re ready for sunshine, vacations, late nights, and all the summer memories. 🌊🍉

But before the season gets away from you, take a minute to think about what will 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻—𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹… 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁. 😅

Here are a few simple ways to 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 all season long:

🍉 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿
Warmer weather and more time outside mean your body needs extra hydration. Water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber, and citrus can help you stay refreshed and energized.

🌿 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻
Fresh berries, leafy greens, avocados, grilled fish, and garden herbs are simple ways to fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods.

🚶 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜
Evening walks, swimming, bike rides, and backyard games all count. Summer movement often feels less like exercise and more like living life.

🧠 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲
Travel, camps, and changing schedules can throw routines off track. Keeping up with your chiropractic care can help your nervous system stay regulated, adaptable, and functioning at its best all summer long.

🌞 𝗦𝗼𝗮𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 evenings, and make time to take care of yourself along the way.

👇 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲? 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀!

Most people assume a 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝘿𝘼𝘾𝙃𝙀𝙎 starts in the head. But more often than not, the tension started somewhere else first. 👀

That 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 through the neck, shoulders, and nervous system.

It can show up as:
• daily headaches
• tension around the forehead
• pressure behind the eyes
• tight neck and shoulders
• relief that only lasts a few hours

This is why we look deeper. 👏

At Back In Motion Chiropractic, we focus on how the nervous system is functioning and how stress and tension patterns throughout the body may be contributing to headaches and migraines.

If headaches have become part of your normal routine, your body may be trying to tell you something — and we’d love to help you figure out why. 💖

Just another normal day around here. 🫶🏼

For many women, PMS doesn’t feel the same every cycle. Some months feel easier to move through, while others feel heavier - 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵.😔

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗣𝗠𝗦 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁:

✨ 𝗡𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Your nervous system helps coordinate how your body transitions between phases of your cycle. When that system is regulating smoothly, those shifts tend to feel more manageable.

✨ 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻–𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Hormones depend on clear communication between the brain and body. When that communication is strained, the body may respond more strongly to normal hormonal changes.

✨ 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆
Busy seasons, disrupted routines, or less recovery time can influence how your system responds during certain phases of your cycle.

Chiropractic care helps the body receive and respond to signals from the brain more effectively. Over time, many women notice their cycles feel more consistent and easier to navigate as regulation improves.

Each month, symptoms may still ebb and flow - but when the nervous system is supported, those changes often feel less disruptive and more predictable.🥰
