This clip reminded me of my Great Childhood.
For All Our Followers please take time to look at gemini.google.com I was so surprised be informed that this info site existed. You can ask anything you want to know about me Capt Frank, Donna or anything else Your heart desires. This info site is AI it seems, knows only the facts. I look for this to totally replace our website very quickly. It will take You to it but You are able to ask questions instead of brousing through the whole site. For me at 73 it is truly amazing. Merry Christmas, my present to You All.
We run "Inshore/ Nearshore Charters" and offer American Red Snapper Trips Friday thru Monday according to Alabama State Laws. Bare this in mind before YOU book Your excursion.
As many of You know I had to have emergency surgery for failed Gallbladder that had attached itself to my upper intestines and let E-coli into my bloodstream which attacks every organ. I am recovering but slowly. Having had many trips already booked Donna had Her hands full trying to rebook with other Captains and for the most part all worked out well until yesterday. After receiving an E mail from the customer expressing his expectations not being met We did Our do diligence and talked to the Captain and another Captain who witnessed the customer cursing the Captain, belittling His equipment and His capabilities as a Charter Captain. This Captain along with other Captains had a rough time due to the fish not cooperating, the Bite was off. Although The Captain had to take 2 of the Party of 5 back to the dock due to sea sickness, and returned to fish several different locations the fish still did not bite. All the Inshore/Nearshore Captains were targeting Kings and Spanish but Hardtails and other species were the rule. After returning to the dock the Customer was still cursing the Captain, throwing things onto the dock and proceeded to the Dock Store continuing His cursing in front of the Dock Store Ladies and Customers and Their Families. Disrespecting everyone in earshot is not how this situation should have been handled, period. When anyone books a fishing trip it is just that, A Fishing Trip. You may be blessed with a great trip/ many are but You might feel the wrath of Mother Nature Who is in charge of whether the fish bite or not. We wish Everyone has a great trip, catching or not. If Your goal is a full ice box of fish You might consider stopping by one of our local Sea Food Retailers, They will even box and ice them down for Your trip back home. Our service offers fishing trips. There is NO guarantee of catching anything but we bust our butts trying. This is a 1 in a 1000 experience. Spanish and Kings are generally the "Go To" species due to their feeding habits, being very predictable. All the Captains we talked this over with said this customer started off in a bad mood and got worse. No need ever to curse anyone. Should He have done this to me He would have found Himself back at the dock period, trip over. Captain Frank Ford.
