We’re thrilled to officially welcome the newest class of Junior Leadership Santa Rosa — an outstanding group of students from every high school in Santa Rosa County!

This diverse and passionate group of young leaders will spend the upcoming school year exploring career paths, developing leadership skills, and engaging with the people and industries that shape our region.

🎓 Last week, we celebrated a major milestone — the graduation of the first-ever Junior Leadership Santa Rosa class!

Over the past year, these incredible students explored industries across our region, developed leadership skills, connected with local leaders, and learned more about how they can make an impact in their community.

The evening was filled with celebration, gratitude, and inspiration. After a dinner with their families and supporters, students were recognized for completing the program and received a special medal to commemorate their achievement.

We are so thankful to our Graduation Sponsor, Pen Air Credit Union, for making this evening possible, and to our guest speakers, Commissioner Colten Wright and Dr. Sherry Hartnett, for sharing words of encouragement and leadership advice with the students.

We were also honored to recognize Dr. Karen Barber, Superintendent of Santa Rosa County District Schools, for her and the district’s support in helping bring this program to life.

A huge thank you to our committee members, sponsors, and volunteers who have helped guide and support these students along the way. We can’t wait to see how our graduates will continue to lead and inspire in the years ahead!
