Stepping Stones IOP

Hello! Welcome to Stepping Stones IOP- a division of Pathways Center for Learning and Behavioral Health, LLC. This program takes place at our Boston Post Road, Guilford office and has been operating since 2021. Although it is a small group approach to IOP, we are currently accepting new referrals since the program is ongoing.

We work alongside schools, outpatient therapists, prescribers, and physicians to coordinate care for the clients within our program.

Stepping Stones IOP Stepping Stones is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for high school adolescents which utilizes evidence-based strategies to develop healthy coping skills and build resilience.
