Joint Effort is a guided exercise program dedicated to helping individuals over the age of 50 maintai

Joint Effort is a small, comfortable exercise center dedicated to providing those with more than 40lbs of weight to lose, the disabled or those simply over the age of 55 who wish to remain active a safe and effective place to exercise. All programs are designed by the head exercise physiologist for each individual and wll exercise sessions are scheduled in advance which is the aspect of membership
