Slatted wall with overhead shelf, soft close drawers, and a large cabinet with adjustable shelving for additional storage. Just a dull sheen clear finish to show off the woods natural beauty. I was selective with the wood, keeping most of the piece clear with a selective sapwood along the seat and top front edge for a splash of character.

Dual leg, dual pedestal base. There’s a slight roundover on the taper of the outer edge of the legs (almost a full bullnose) which adds a softening detail. Solid 6/4 cherry - most components are 1 1/4” thick - with a medium rubbed (satin sheen) SW kem aqua + clear finish. Threaded inserts in the top with cap screws will mate the two pieces together - slots in the mounting plates of the base allowing for seasonal movement. Rounded corners and on all the edges. Adjustable feet added.

This is a modern design I made for a prior customer that the current customer fell in love with.

It’s a free-standing unit as the homeowner didn’t want to attach to the walls. A full-width leg on the right and a T leg on the leg (wide for stability and also to block view of plumbing/pump but still have some access).The shelf on top is loose fit (there's a lip partially along the sides and back to contain the shelf) for quick access to the utilities.
