Student Transportation Information & Car Rider Sign Request

To help us provide a safe, efficient, and organized dismissal each afternoon, please complete this form for each student attending Groves Intermediate.

In this form, you will:

Indicate how your child will get home each day (Car Rider, Bus Rider, Walker, or Daycare).
Request a car rider sign if your child will be a car rider.

If your child is a car rider, all families are required to display a visible car rider sign with their student's name(s) during afternoon dismissal. This allows staff to quickly identify students, call them for dismissal, and keep the car rider line moving safely and efficiently.

If your child's transportation changes during the school year, please notify the school office as soon as possible.

We have loved having our interns with us since May. The last couple of weeks they have assisted in preparing for our staff to return on Monday. They also assisted with NDN Rec, ESL summer school and textbooks. We appreciate their hard work! 💡💜🤍
