How can I explain better? One of the things we are always looking to achieve is finding ways to communicate better with others. This includes obviously our clients but also with agents and what I refer to as vendors. In every transaction there is on average 52 people working on your transaction to buy or sell real estate. We as real estate professionals are in constant contact with the other agent, escrow, title, the lender and companies like the pest control company for termite type inspection and repair orders. Each transaction is different and has a different dynamic, we train virtually every day to learn new and exciting ways that we can help our company and staff interact and communicate with our clients and vendors in a proper and professional manner that serves everyone in the transaction at the highest level possible.
