Halcyon Farms Lettuces (gf) is back for the season! Featuring red salanova lettuces from local strawberries, roasted beets, macadamia granola made with honey, goat cheese and a vanilla vinaigrette. A true homage to our local farmers all in one dish!

New appetizer for the season: Chips and “Caviar” Dip with charred scallion, crème fraiche, lemon, salmon roe and potato chips.
