The Catherine Kolnaski Magnet School Parent Teacher Organization provides support for our children and our school community. All parents, guardians, teachers and staff are automatically members. We are here to enhance the learning environment at the school. The partnership between staff and families' ideas and commitments is imperative to our effectiveness. Elections for the PTO board for next school year will take place at our May meeting on Tuesday, 5/5 at 5:00. Anyone interested in joining the board should attend!
Paper fundraiser sheets are due tomorrow (Thursday 4/2), please send them in with your student along with all payments! Families should keep the PINK copy of the form. Checks should be made out to CKMS PTO. Thank you for supporting the PTO!

The Scholastic Book Fair is ready for you! Our hours this week are:
Mon & Tues- classroom previews
Wed 3/25- 1:30pm-7:00pm
Thurs 3/26- 9:00am-5:00pm
Fri 3/27- 9:00am-1:00pm
There are still some slots open for volunteers, it's hard to keep the fair open when we don't have help! Even an hour or two makes a difference! Use our Sign Up Genius to grab a spot!

Lots going on in the next couple of weeks! Please don't forget to register your student at shopfund.com for our spring fundraiser. We did not run a fundraiser in the fall, so this will be our main fundraiser for the year! Items will be delivered in time for Mother's Day, so find something for that special mom in your life!
Our Scholastic Book Fair will run from March 23-27. We are looking for volunteers to help keep the fair open during our regular hours. If the slots are not filled, the fair will not be open! Please use the Sign Up Genius to pick a spot! The book fair is an important way for us to get books into classrooms and our media center for all of our students to enjoy!
