Dannel P. Malloy--won key approval from the legislature's Education Committee Friday.
Groton does not have to establish a permanent office for climate change to understand that if we do things like install new, top of the line windows to prevent energy loss or to utilize solar panels to produce electricity would reduce Groton's carbon foot print. Lets use common sense.
