Thank you for offering to assist. After Six has been a great event for many years. Typically we'll run approx. 700 to 750 on average on those Saturdays. Although I do not wish to disappoint anyone it will be unable to run this Saturday. Primarily due to the circumstance Leonard is unable to drive this weekend. I apologize for the tardy response as I only call up the site a few times per week. Going forward with a little bit of effort I am confident we can raise the funds to cover the costs as there are an ample number of families who enjoy them. I appreciate hearing that they are appreciated . thank you Dale
Happy Friday and a great weekend to all!! The good news , we’ve averaged over 300 riders per evening this season and I wish to thank all the families for taking advantage of the service and their appreciation over the years. Special thanks to Leonard, our trolley go to guy. He loved driving and I routinely received wonderful compliments about him. Today’s disappointing news is we are wrapping up the service and will be unavailable for runs this Friday and Saturday and going forward. It has been extremely rewarding to have been actively involved from the first day the trolleys rolled out till the last. We are proud that we have been able to help create happy memories and add to the charm of our community over the years. We wish everyone a safe and happy Summer and Fall.
Leonard , our main trolley driver, called to state he will be unable to run the trolley this evening, Saturday Aug 3. A cable needs to be adjusted and he was unable to correct the same. Sorry to disappoint.
Leonard is on the drivers seat for the next two evenings. Enjoy the ride.
Congratulations to Grosse Pointe Woods swim team members for their win of the annual swim finals!! Order of finish- Grosse Pointe Woods, Grosse Pointe Park, Grosse Pointe Farms, Grosse Pointe Shores, Grosse Pointe City and St Clair Shores.
Please note This evening the trolley was giving Leonard some troubles by occaisionally stalling So he will have to shut down for the evening

Friday and families. Hello from Friday's first!!
Due to expected showers this evening the trolley will be unavailable tonight Saturday June 8 th.
Moe from Mobil has the trolley fueled and ready to start the season today , Friday. Service begins at 5 and will run through 9:30. Leonard, once more will be driving for everyone . Have a great summer! Dale
