Hint: get rid of the use of non-driving factors when setting rates, improve state oversight over the insurance rate setting process, and protect medical and disability benefits for Michigan drivers.

In 2018, we conducted a statewide poll of Michigan residents. We found that the vast majority support our plan for reform, including bringing transparency to auto insurance and ending the use of discriminatory rating factors.
