This dance fitness class is rooted in jazz, ballet and hip-hop, giving you creative outlet. Each class includes a balance of cardio and toning to ensure full body results while lifting your mood.

Want to add some power to your drive and precision to your swing?
Join Evan every Tuesday in the Fitness Studio for Golf Mobility! This group exercise class is specifically designed to prep your body for the course using golf-specific stretches, drills, and exercises.
Optimize your physical fitness and flexibility and learn the movement fundamentals for a more efficient swing.
Zero commitment: This is a drop-in group fitness class, so members can just show up. No registration required!

About Oz: Oz has been dancing for over 2 decades is a certified franchisee owner of Arthur Murray Grosse Pointe. After high school his dance skills have taken him all over the world, dancing in some very exotic places. From Hawaii to Europe Oz has shaken his tail feathers in some fantastic places. Oz has taught hundreds of lessons and class and is very excited to bring the joys of dance to the Neighborhood Club.

No matter where your kids take tennis lessons, join our Neighborhood Club Kids' Tennis Competition and show off those skills!
Fun, friendly, low-pressure, community based competition. Level-based, non-elimination with a 3 match minimum guarantee. Kids will spend most of their time on-court playing. Each division will last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. Doubles competition - sign up with a partner or we can match you with one.

Who has a babysitting gig this summer?! Be extra prepared with Babysitting Training!
Ages 11 -16 will learn caregiving basics (feeding, diapering, & safe handling), safety and emergency response and hands-on Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. After successful completion of this American Red Cross Course, participants will receive digital certifications valid for 10-year Babysitter's Training and 2-year Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
$150 member, $175 non-member
Two-hours of online coursework must be completed on a PC/tablet before the course.
